Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! To ensure fairness for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy for our travel consultation services: Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice: A full refund will be issued for any cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 business days) before your scheduled consultation. Cancellations within 72 hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your consultation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled consultation without notification, the full consultation fee will be non-refundable. Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your consultation free of charge if you provide at least 96 hours notice. Please Note: This cancellation policy applies to all our travel consultation services, including individual consultations and group sessions. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and communicated to you directly.
